The old momentcam is gone! There were two ways to make avatars before! This looks strange, it's like the half of your face has a different skin color than the other. The face-to-cartoon ai was a bit too bad. It is difficult to control the settings, zooming in and out, and moving the hair around. My commands are not being followed by the hair. It was strange that the app only allows you to choose one hairstyle. We need more hairstyles, and different color options. I tried to change my hairstyle, but there were no choices. We didn't need to pay any extra for the ability to save our pictures. Now, you can choose from a handful of pictures that don't have colors. There were no cartoons and there weren't many choices. This app was perfect many years ago, but it's now a pain to locate the image you desire. You can't see the realistic option for the face on certain caricatures. (Old ISSUE) I am frustrated that every time I click on a MomentCam image, and then click out to return to more photos, the page scrolls back down to the top. Then, BAM! I lost all of my beautiful avatar pictures! It makes me want to weep. NEU ISSUE: After clicking, I held on to the avatar, not realizing that I only had to click the icon to open the edit menu. Images that were great previously, but that I tried now to make look creepy and scary have made me look half as good. It turned out to be so much more accurate and truer to the original picture when it was done manually. In the old version, you had to use a frame-cut deal to choose your eyes and lips. This app is great! The new version has some limitations on photos, depending on lighting. You can zoom it in or out, but it must fit within the frame of your face. You can then zoom in on it, as well as your hair and hat. The app basically took your picture, smothed it, and stuck it into a frame that shaped the face. It's not accurate at all and has almost zero editability. Although I rarely post negative reviews, this cartoon AI app is by far the most disappointing. It costs only $5.00 to complete the task. A subscription is way too expensive! Subscriptions are not something I like. Ability to make pictures with more than one character.
